Parental Access
Parental access extended in EYFS

We've recently updated our EYFS parent access section so that parents can now submit potential evidence for observations based on home learning experiences. Parents and carers can upload images and comments for teachers to approve and include in the standard observation format. It's a purely optional feature, but will hopefully prove useful for schools that want to evidence home learning.

Multiplication Table Check and Reading Fluency
Tracking features extended, including Multiplication Table Check and Reading Fluency

We’re always keen to add new features to the EAZ MAG system and lately schools have asked for a range of new tracking options. We've added the ability to record scores for the Multiplication Table Check in the Test Section, Phoneme and Blending scores within Phonics, and Reading Fluency and Comprehension scores in the Reading Age Assessment section. All the usual exports are available with further reporting options to follow.

After the success of our EAZ MAG SEND webinar last year, we’ve produced a short video summarising the main content for schools that either missed the event or want to access the information at their leisure. It basically summarises the formative, summative and reporting processes used by schools to track pupils with SEND using EAZ MAG. Birmingham SEND Toolkit Statements

The excellent Birmingham SEND Toolkit resources are becoming ever more popular in schools. Produced by Birmingham City Council, they support the identification, provision and progress tracking for pupils working significantly below age-related expectations. As an approved partner, EAZ MAG can import the Birmingham Toolkit statements into the system to use in the formative assessment section with all the usual functionality, autofill and reporting options.

Multi-School Trust (MST)
Multi-School Trust Version Enhancements

The EAZ MAG Multi-school Trust version allows real time analysis of the data for schools within multi-academy trusts. It's a straightforward system for trust leaders to track school attainment and progress both individually and collectively. We've recently updated our reporting options based on requests from users with the School Comparisons report proving especially popular.
